Ba Duan Jin Form

The Ba Duan Jin form of Chi Kung is also known as the Eight Strands of the Brocade. The eight forms are as follows and these are normally practiced in order.

  1. Supporting the Sky with Both Hands
  2. Drawing the Bow to the Left and Right
  3. Holding up a Single Hand
  4. Looking back like a Cow Gazing at the Moon
  5. Lowering the Head and Hips
  6. Touching the Knees with Both Hands
  7. Clenching the Fist
  8. Shaking the Body
